Depending on your needs together, we will agree on the modules that will help get you to where you want to be. Each module has tools, and worksheets and is supported with a one-hour coaching call over the phone or zoom. I also offer email support in between sessions.

One hour of coaching per week and approximately one hour of homework per week.

Before your coaching program starts, a terms agreement is signed by us. If you are not fully satisfied, the agreement may be terminated at any time.
